Shipping

NOTICE: Currently only shipping to USA. I would love to offer international shipping options, though if there is enough interest. Please let me know if you’re interested, and I’ll reach out when I’m able to offer that!

Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped by hand (hi, it’s me, Luna!), and most of my products are made to order here in my home. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. If there’s ever a delay beyond that, I’ll do my best to communicate it via email.

Shipping Methods & Time Estimates

USA Shipping Estimates:

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight. Estimated delivery times are: 5-7 business days after processing

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is determined based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it’s out of my hands (literally and figuratively). I can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or severely delayed packages—but if something goes wrong, please reach out and I’ll help however I can.

For US Packages, USPS includes $100 of insurance on domestic Priority Mail and Ground Advantage services, which are the two options I use. I’m happy to work with you to file a claim through their portal.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, double-check with neighbors or your local post office first. Packages marked as “delivered” are typically not covered because USPS considers its job done. If you have any documentation proving they didn’t deliver, please send it over with your initial email to me.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I’m not able to replace or refund items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning Physical Items

We have a 14-day return policy for physical items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there are issues specified under the "Damages & Issues” heading below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return on a physical product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lunabramlett.com

Email Subject - Include the following in text, with your order number replacing the placeholder text in the brackets: Return Request - # [INSERT ORDER NUMBER]

Email Body - Include your proof of purchase (screenshot of confirmation email with your name, products, order number visiable)

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will follow.

IMPORTANT RETURN NOTES:

  1. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If we receive any returns that were not approved, we will return the item to sender unopened, and we will not be responsible for postage, fees, or any cost associated with the parcel.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover shipping to replace missing or defective items if the customer isn’t seeking a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Refunds will not be approved if you send back items that are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items, digital products, memberships, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
